WHEAT producers will receive $1.28 per bushel in preliminary payment on their crop, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced.
The preliminary payment will be made as soon after July 1 as practicable andamounts to 75 percent of the estimated face value of domestic wheat certificates.
