Two pickup trucks were involved in a collision at Viewtown Thursday when they met on a narrow country road. No injuries were reported.
According to Trooper G. F. Gregory, Horace Marvin Scott operating a 1966 Chevrolet pickup and Shirleen Dodson Wayland in a ‘66 Ford truck were the drivers. □

Mrs. W.F. Moffett entertained with dessert bridge for the Washington Bridge Club Thursday evening at her home in Washington. Guests included Mrs. T.C. Lea, Mrs. W.H. MassieJr. Mrs. Harry Lee Smith, Mrs. G.W. Smith, Jr., Mrs. F. W. Spalding, Mrs. Elmo D. Flynt, Mrs. Paul Miller and Mrs. Henry Keyser. Prizes were awarded Mrs. Spalding, Mrs. Lea, Mrs. G. W. Smith and Mrs. Massie. □
