She is survived by her husband John W. Price of < Vienna; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin P. Moyer of San Antonio, Tex. and a sister, Mrs. Janet Luebke of San Diego, Cal.

A graveside service was conducted at 2 p.m. Satur- ? day in Washington Masonic Cemetery, Washington, by the Rev. Geoffrey Springett.

Pallbearers were Newbill Miller, Dave Miller, iVallace Critzer, W. F. Moffett Jr., George Clark and George Podrosky.
