Stir together flour and sugar. Combine egg, milk, oil, instant coffee and 1/4 cup of the almonds; blend well. Add all at once to flour mixture, •stirring only until flour is moistened. Pour into greased 8-inch round cake pan. Drizzle caramel over batter; sprinkle with Streusel and remaining almonds. Bake in preheated 400° oven 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.
