See how they« run! See how they run! but you can bet they’re not blind mice. It’s the RCHS Cross County Team and they’re way out in front. They took another win Tuesday against their toughest rivals, Warren County. The Wildcats had taken the first meet with a 27-28 score, but the mighty Panthers came running in Tuesday with a 22-34tally. Great job, you guys! In a recentmeetofteams from all over the state, Rappahannock placed third in a field of 19 schools, all larger than ours. Charlie led the team by coming in only 25 seconds behind Mike Hairstan of Laurel Park School. I think the entire student body along with all residents of Rappahannock owe these runners a debt of gratitude for bringing our school to the top. The next meet is with Randolph Macon Academy this Tuesday at Rappahannock, 4:00 p.m. Come see them run! I have heard an excited buzz going around the school about the Ring Dance which is sponsored by the Seniors. The dance should be a great one with the band, “Lenora’s Buss”, playing. This is the first time they ’ve played at our school so come onanyouall dance. The dance is from 8 until 11 Friday and is for students and dates only. Re
