It is somewhat bewildering to me of your sudden interest in the formation of the District 9 Planning Commission.
As you know, I have served for one full year on the Board of Supervisors and, as yet, had no one to approach me or have I read any editorials that were in disagreement with the concept of Area Planning Districts.
Personally, I think area planning is very essential unless you want to waste our resources and create a slum in the midst of us.
I am well aware of too much government and I think every citizen should be alert and not run to lock the barn door after the horse has been stolen, but to make their views known
