The last two editions of the Rappahannock News contained strong opinions against the Planning Districts, so I thought perhaps you would like as a community serfice to publish some questions and answers prepared by Dr. J. Paxton Marshall of V.P.I. and comments on Planning District Commissions by Dr. H. Bland Franklin Jr. also of V.P.I.
Since most of the citizens of Rappahannock County have not had an opportunity to learn about Planning Districts your making this information available will be appreciated.
