Clatterbuck’a sentences were to run concurrently and both were suspended. He was placed on probation for a five year period, and he was assessed like court costs.
Other action in Friday’s court included Larry Wayne Fincham of Front Royal who entered a plea of guilty to grand larceny and statutory burglary. These charges were made following the theft of an $1100 lawn tractor from a home near Sperryville in the spring.
He was given four years on each count to run concurrently and the court suspended four years. Fincham was assessed costs of $560.
