HOMECOMING
Homecoming and revival will begin at the Slate Mills Baptist Church on Sunday, August 12. Sunday School under the direction of Norman Wilbur is at 10 a.m. followed by the morning worship at 11. The Rev. Edgar Burkholder, pastor of the "Leesburg Baptist Church, will be guest minister. Dinner will be served on the grounds, followed by an afternoon service acheduled for 2 o’ clock.
Mr. Burkholder will deliver the revival services at 8 o’clock each evening through August 17. Special music is planned for every service, according to the pastor, The Rev. J. Harold Eaton, who extended an invitation to the public to join them. □
