Voter roles up

THE NUMBER of registered voters in Rappahannock County increased steadily for several years and leveled off. Presently the registration rolls are declining. According to the county registrar, Mr*. Mary Cleverley of Flint Hill, in October 1972 total registered voters here were 2,451. As of July 5, 1973 the total decreased to 2,421, a drop of 30. Deaths and changes of residency account for the decline. .
