The Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District is interested in encouraging more active participation by organizations and individuals from all of the five counties. Those having knowledge of conservation activities carried on by anyone should bring the information to the attention of one of the Rappahannock County Directors.
“By so doing, the contribution of these individuals would be brought to the attention of the District Judging Committee,” said the Rappahannock County Directors H.S. Barksdale and H.L. Manwaring.
