,, Dr. A.F. Scheele of Manassas, regional health director for Northern Virginia, recalled that “I have been exposed to this situation previously, and I thought we were in pretty , good shape there for awhile. But somewhere, the ball was dropped.”
Now pressures are mounting again that something be done, Dr. Scheele said. “I’d like to see the people in this incorporated town” (he was corrected) “un-incorporated town and this county do something so we won’t have to.”
