Herbert Fincham of Washington operating a 65 Ford apparently skidded on wet pavement Tuesday, lost control of the vehicle and struck a rock wall. The crash occurred on Route 606 west of Flint Hill. Fincham was injured and hospitalized, said Trooper G. F. Gregory, who is investigating.
A migrant laborer, Ezekiel Alexander Laroda of Flordia, was charged with driving under the influence by Trooper S. W. Weatherholtz after he became involved in a collision with a Highway Department vehicle.
Laroda was driving a 67 Buick when he struck the rear of a 70 Dodge truck operated by Archie C. Bohon of Delaplane and owned by the Virginia Departmznt of Highways. The collision occurred on Route 522 east of Washington. □
