Any interested person who objects to the granting of the requested Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity or desires to be heard with respect thereto should advise the State Corporation Commission, Box 1197, Richmond, Virginia 23209 of such objection or desire to be heard on or before December 24, 1973.
“A public hearing upon these applications will be held in a joint session on January 9, 1974, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission’s Courtroom, 13th Floor, Blanton Building, Richmond, Virginia at which time the applicants will present testimony and data in support of their application. At this hearing the Commission will also hear from interested members of the public. The Commission has determined that the public policy and the laws of Virginia require that a geographic area of the state should only be assigned to one radio common carrier.”
