LAKE ORANGE, a 124 acre body of water in Orange County, owned by the State Game Commission, is soon scheduled to receive chemical treatment to eliminate stunted panfish, according to District Fish Biologist, Norville S. Prosser. The treatment will be undertaken in an effort to improve the fishing which has deteriorated somewhat during the seven years that the lake has been open to fishing.
