ROBERT L. Whitehead from the State Office of Civil Defense told Rappahannock County Supervisors January 7 that his office is ready to advise the county on “how to improve your emergency response capability.”
The advice would be based, Whitehead said at the Board meeting last Thursday, on an “analysis showing what hazards are likely to happen in Rappahannock County.”
