THE FISH Division plans to treat Lake Orange on approximately February 15, Prosser said. During the time treatment is under way, the lake will be closed. This should only be a matter of a few weeks' \ in duration to enable biologists to proceed unhampered with the operation. „
He went on to explain that, “although the procedure is still of an experimental nature, the fish biologists feel that the changes are good that fishing at Lake Orange can be dramatically improved by this process, thus avoiding the draining and restocking of the lake and placing the brief closing at a time when fishermen are minimally affected.”II
