RAPPAHANNOCK Supervisors have been told that Governor Mills Godwin, Delegate French Slaughter and State Senator George Aldhizer have received their letters concerning the Amissville crossover.
“Godwin just acknowledged that he had received it,” Clerk E.M. Jones told the Board last Thursday. “But French and George say they’ll recommend a change in the design to (Highway Commissioner Douglas) Fugate.”
