TRACT #1: Lot #8 of Section B. containing 5.0646 acres, more or less, Rappahannock Mountain Estates, located about two miles northwest of Amiss - ville, Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and described by metes and bounds in the plat and survey of said subdivision as recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 85, page 503.

TRACK #2: “Beginning at a spike in the middle of State Route No. 611 and said point being located 36.10 feet west of an iron pin marking the corner to Lots No. 7 and 8; thence leaving State Route No. 611 and with eastern lines of Parcel A , S 08 22 09 W and 160.29 feet to an iron pin in western line of Lot No. 8; thence with western line of Lot No. 8, S 11 23 00 W and 178.22 feet to an iron pin, corner to Lots No. 8 and 9; thence with northern line of Parcel “B”, N 83 17 30 W and 56.48 feet to a spike in middle of State Route No. 611; thence with middle of said Route, N12 14 45 E and 119.61 feet to a spike; thence N 24 37 00 E and 71.89 feet to point of beginning and containing 0.2836 of an acre.”

The tracts or parcels of land herein described are the same land which was conveyed to Samuel J. Newberry and Nancy L. Newberry by deed from Manassas Investors Limited Partnership dated April 9 1970, and recorfled in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 97, page 644.
