“Mr. Moore further stated that if Camelback can have a good season next year and get back on its feet that they would be in a position to furnish additional funds for Rappahannock Ski Area; however, at the moment they are unable to give any financial aid...
“The idea of possible hiking tours for which the ski area could charge was presented by James W. Fletcher. Colonel (Evan A.) McNear expressed his approval of the idea and Mr. Moore said he thought it should be explored further.”
