The Highway Department representatives will have available with them maps, drawings, an environmental study report and other related data for discussion and study.

This material is available now at the department’s district office, located on U.S. 15 just south of the intersection with Virginia Route 3 in Culpeper; or at the residency office, located on Route 15 at the south corporate limits of Warrenton.

Written statements and other exhibits relative to the proposed project may be presented in place of, or in addition to, oral statements at the public hearing. Such written statements and exhibits may also be submitted to the Department of Highways within 10 days after the public hearing.

Relocation assistance programs, as well as tentative schedules for right-of-way acquistipn and construction, will be discussed at this public hearing. □
