THE SAME day at 8:30 on Route 211, three miles west of Sperryville, a 1965 Mustang crashed into a tree. Thomas Eugene Frazier of Sperryville lost control of his vehicle, ran off the right of the road, veered back across the highway, ran off the left and struck a tree.
According to Trooper Buntin, Frazier sustained broken ribs and lacerations of the face. He was admitted to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. The car was declared a .total loss and charges are pending.
Another single-vehicle crash occured later Saturday on Route 211, between Washington and Sperryville. Bernard Kelly of Alexandria was not injured when his 1973 Ford pickup ran off. the left shoulder of the road and down an embankment. Damage was set at $75, and he was cited for reckSee
