ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to quiet the title of John A. Tapp, complainant, in the above mentioned Bill of Complaint to a certain parcel of real estate in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, off State Secondary Route 1(637, containing Seven Acres and Sixteen Poles, said land alleged to have been obtained by the complainants and their predecessors in title by adverse possession for a period in excess of forty-six (46) years. An affidavit having been made and filed that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of the suit whose names are unknown and making them parties unknown by the general description of “PARTIES UNKNOWN”.
It is ordered that the said persons made defendant by the general description of “Unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title or unknown parties” do appear within ten days after the publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, State
of Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of this Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause. A COPY TESTE: E.M. JONES, CLERK
