THE SEVENTH in a series of eight programs on solar energy and the environment is scheduled for Friday, July 25 at 7 p.m. at Rappahannock County Elementary School. Two speakers will debate the wisdom of the current development of nuclear energy in the state of Virginia and throughout the nation. Speaking in favor of nuclear development will be Dr. Albert B. Reynolds, Associate Professor of the Department of Nuclear Engineering at the University of Virginia. His opponent will be Dennis Gregg, Co-Director of the Center for the Study of Environmental Design.
Dr. Reynolds received his doctorate in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He did research in reactor safety at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and then be
