Weil said he and his partners weren’t so sure they could go along with that.
Mrs. William Lyne asked Weil what the price of a membership in the private resort area would be. Weil said he didn’t know.
CHARLIE MANSON wanted to know where Weil would find his-'* 1,500 buyers. Weil said that would be no problem. A similar project he has developed in Warren County is full every weekend, he said. People come from as far away as Annapolis.
Mary Jamieson asked how much Weil expected to spend in order to develop the ski area into a year-round resort. Weil said he didn’t know.
Charlie Manson wondered if the county could derive some special tax revenue from the ski area, to cover costs for what additional county services might be demanded. Weil said he had thought of that; perhaps one per cent of the profits or a dollar a head, he suggested. □
