NOTICE
The Rappahannock Ski Corporation of Washington, Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 7, Section l-2-(4) and Article 13 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia. Guidelines of Article 12B of said ordinance shall be complied with.
The above named applicant requests a special use permit for recreational use of the Rappahannock Ski Area with permission for private trailer or camper court, including motor home vans, not to exceed ISO unite, located in Hampton Magisterial District.
A hearing has been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on August 7, 1075 in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia (note change meeting hour).
The applicant and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
