And the Bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.
It is ordered that the said non-resident defendants, Marion Teresa James Jones, Henry Ficklin, Temple Ficklin, Billy K. Ficklin, Branard Ficklin, and James J. Ficklin, whose last known address was Youngstown. Ohio, if living, or if be be dead, his* widow and heirs, devisees and successors in title, whose names and addresses are unknown, and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, AND any other unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands Strother Ficklin died seized and possessed of, whose names and addresses and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear within ten (10) days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the Cotuity of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, within ten (It) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof, to each of the said defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten (Id) days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
