Lynn Anderson was proclaimed queen of the Amissville carnival festivities and received her tiara in a ceremony Friday night in which Grover Jones of the Culpeper National Bank officiated. Donna Early, seated left, was first runner-up in the contest and Tina Wince, right was second runner-up. Other contestants included, second row, Debbie Story, Patty Eisenman and Dawn Harms.
