4. Shoes or sandals must be worn for health and safety reasons.
5. In the interest of safety and/ or health, the school may require specific dress or grooming for certain activities (such as shop, home economics, physical education, driver training, science, etc.) in which some particular danger may exist.
6. Students acting as official representatives of the school in music groups, on athletic teams or any other organization may be required to subscribe to a more appropriate code of dress and grooming as determined by the nature of the school sponsored event.
7. Nothing in the above regulations shall prevent the principal from exercising reasonable and necessary discretion when in his judgment events demand that he do so.D
