THE Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic in Washington, Va., in the Trinity Episcopal Church Parish Hall from 9 a.m. to noon every Tuesday is expanding its alcoholism services.
John Lines, Counselor with the Rappahannock Area Division of Alcoholism Services, will be available each Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Clinic. An experienced counselor, Lines graduated from John Hopkins Training Program for Alcoholism Counselors, has attended the Rutgers University Program in Alcoholism Counseling, and was previously employed by the Baltimore, Maryland Health Department.
He has also worked in the Baltimore, Maryland Alcoholism Safety Action Program and at the Baltimore Community Mental Health Center as an alcoholism counselor. This expansion of services is being made possible through a cooperative agreement between Line’s employer, the Rappahannock Area Division of Alcoholism Services, and the Rappahannock-Rapidan Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services Board.
