efit handicapped children and students with special needs in reading. Federal impact aid will be drastically cut. And vocational, drug abuse, bilingual and environmental education as well as library, adult education and student loan and student grant programs in higher education will be sliced.
Many people here in Rappahannock County are concerned that the local school system does not get its share of money from the state of Virginia. Let’s help insure that we at least get the amount of Federal funds our local school officials had budgeted for this year.
