The William Byrd Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, of Richmond, will hold the annual Constitution Day program at James Madison Cemetery, Montpelier Station, Orange County, on Saturday, September 13, at 2 p.m. The program is in cooperation with the Orange County Bicentennial Commission and the two DAR Chapters in Orange, Golden Horseshoe and Monteplier, will also participate. The public is invited. The United States Marine Corps Band from Quantico will give a concert at 1:30 p.m.
