The fifth annual membership meeting of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection will be held Friday at the Rappahannock Courthouse in Washington, Va. Beginning at 8 p.m., the meeting will open with a talk on rare and endangered species of wildlife by the Dr. E.H. McCleery, Lobo Wolf Foundation’s Eastern Representative, Buck Bradley. He plans to bring a live wolf, golden eagle and great horned owl to illustrate has presentation. The business meeting to follow will include election of
officers, reports and open discussion of League interests including progress against Vepco’s transmission lines threatening Northern Virginia. Everyone is invited to attend and participate.□
