Washington Rescue Squad transported Mrs. Francis Riley of Flint Hill from Warren Memorial Hospital to her home August 27. August 31 the unit answered two calls, Mrs. Joanne L. Marich of Warrenton was carried from Tom Lee’s farm to Warren Memorial and a search party was called for S. Alexander of Rock Mills who was reported lost. September 1, the squad was called but not needed at a wreck at the High School and the same day it assisted Castleton at a call at the home of Frank E. Neal.
Flint Hill Rescue carried Sam Gouldthorpe of Midland from the farm of W.L. Payne, Amissville, to Fauquier Hospital, Wednesday, August 27. August 28, Mrs. Christine Butten was transported from Prince William Hospital to her home in Washington, the same day Mrs. Mary Jane Riley was carried from her home in Flint Hill to Warren Memorial.
