In execution of a deed of trust from Nabco, Inc., a Virginia corporation, dated the 10th day of July, 1974, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 112, page 672, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness therein secured, and at the request of the holder of the said indebtedness, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction on—
That certain tract or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon, and privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated, lying and being on the east side of State Secondary Route No. 669, Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and described according to a plat and survey of J.I. Coveil, Certified Land Surveyor, dated October 10, 1972, and recorded in Deed Book 104, page 502 of the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as follows, to-wit:
TRACT 3—“Beginning at a point in the center of Rt. 669, a new corner with Lot 2; thence a new line with that lot S 79-10 E 1204.37’ to a point, corner with Lot 4 in the line of Lot 2; thence new lines with Lot 4 S 19-56 W 230.00’, S 3626 W 405.56’, S 4-07 W 422.59’, S 39-30 W 200.00’ to an iron pin, corner with Lot 4 and Mizik on the east side of the entrance; thence with Mizik and Lot X S 39-30 W 137. 73’, S 85-19 W 262.43’ to a point at the center of Rt. 669; thence with the center of the road N 26-33 W 781.63’, NO33 W 773.22’ to the beginning. This lot contains 25.924 acres.’’
LOT X: “Beginning at a point in the south line of the entrance road, corner with the large tract and Mizik; thence with the south side of the entrance, line with Mizik, S 5828 W 244.46’ to a point in the center of Rt. 669; thence with the center of the road N 26-33 W 119.00’ to a point, corner with the large tract; thence with that tract N 85-19 E 262. 43; to the beginning. This lot contains 0.33 acre.”
The real estate herein described is the same tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to Nabco, Inc., a Virginia corporation, by Franklin A. Holmes, et als, trading as Manassas Investors Limited Partnership, by deed dated July 3, 1974, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 112, page 669.
