Mrs. Connie Bridgeman, Speech Therapist, with the Culpeper Easter Seal Speech and Hearing Center, is providing one and a half days service in Rappahannock schools. Hie Chapter Ten Board provides the Easter Seal Society with the funds to support Mrs. Bridgeman’s position. She is presently seeing four children on home-visiting basis and twent children are seen at school. She spent much of her summer screening pre-school children.
Every Tuesday the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic is held at the Episcopal Church parish hall from 9 until noon. A social worker and psychologist are there each Tuesday and every fourth Tuesday, Dr. John Peyton Snead IV, a Psychiatrist, is at the clinic. Volunteers perform the other functions including recepetioist, transportation and typing. An average of 18 clients are
