Choice 200 to 500 pound heifer calves sold at $22 to $31, with Florida to $32.50 on weights under 500 pounds; 500 to 600 pounds $23.50 to $31.
HOGS—Barrows and gilts at Georgia - Florida - Alabama packing plants closed 25 cents lower during the week ended February 13. On Friday, February 13, U. S. 1 and 2, 195 to 235 pounds, barrows and gilts brought $48.50 to $49; U. S. 2 and 3, 195 to 240 pounds, $48 to $48.75.
