Saturday from a three-week trip. They report traveling through 15 states; attending a family reunion in the home of Mrs. Foxes’ mother, Mrs. Betty David, in Alamosa, Colo.; visiting her sister, Mrs. Bud Drennan and Mr. Drennan in Denver; and sightseeing in Fort Garland, the Great National Sand Dunes, and Central City, an old mining town. Mr. Fox went hunting while in Colorado and enroute home, the couple visited friends in Arkansas, Colorado and Illinois.
Mrs. William Alford, Mrs. Evelyn Burke, Mrs. LaMerle Williams, Mrs. Frances Rudacille, Mrs. Carolyn Leake and Mrs. Doris Williams of the Chester Gap Baptist WMS attended a Sue Slaughter group meeting in the Amissville Baptist Church Thursday evening to hear Miss Anne Dwyer, missionary to Yemen.
Ray Wines and Ray, Jr. of Culpeper visited the former’s father, Elias Wines, and the William Ubbens Saturday evening.
