Enjoying a morning chat on the bench at the Clerk’s Office are two oldtimers reminiscing about old times. A.H. Buckner of Sperryville, 90, and C. J. Jack Miller of Washington who was celebrating his 80th birthday Thursday, October 14 were discussing the jousting tournaments in the old days. Both of these men were noted for their participation in the tournaments and in the dancing and queen crowning which followed in the evening.
