Brakes failed
Junior Keid Jenkins of Sperryville escaped injury when the brakes failed on his 64 Mercury Station wagon and it overturned. The accident occurred on Route 600 south of Sperryville Monday evening.
Trooper S. W. Weatherholtz said the brakes failed on a steep gradepfl the wagon struck the bank and turned bottom up. No charges were made and the vehicle was declared a total loss. □
