In addition, a printed entry slip, available at the principal’s office, teacher, or at the County Library, must accompany each report. This slip bears a number which will be used on each report instead of a name or other identification which must not appear on any entry, to insure impartial judging.
THESE rules govern all contestants. Rappahannock News issues of September 23 and September 30 gave details for the two classifications: pre-high school and high school. Judges for the former group are Mrs. J.A.B. Dahlgren, chairman; Mrs. Hugh Exton, Mrs. Sean Kilpartick, and Mrs. L. L. Voigt.
