Navy Electrician’s Mate Fireman Charles E. Gra>„ xhose guardians are Mr. and Mrs. Howard S. Law,son of Star Route 211, Amissville, was a member of a naval task group which visited Mombasa, Kenya, for the 13th anniversary of Kenyan Independence. He is serving as a crewmember aboard the destroyer USS Dupont, homeported in Norfolk. He joined the Navy in June 1974.
