She will receive a scholarship of $400 from the Rappahannock Lions Club for expenses and will spend about five weeks before returning home in mid-August.
Connie is editor of the RCHS Yearbook, the Rapsody and a member of the Varsity Club in track and cheerleading. She also earned a letter in JV basketball, and is active in the school SCA program. She plans to continue her education following graduation and has applied to both V. P. I. &S. U. and Madison College.
