Connie DelGrosso of Flint Hill will represent Rappahannock County in the Lions International Youth Exchange program which is being sponsored this year for the first time by the local Lions Club. She is 18, a senior at Rappahannock County High School and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony DelGrosso.
The application from Connie for the exchange project will go to the Lions Club state headquarters where she will be matched with applications from host families in Europe. All of the Virginia exchange students will fly together , to Paris on July 12 and then the
