Wednesday, Mrs. Finchamwith Mrs. Carroll Racer, Sr. and daughters, Beverley and Hope visited Carroll Racer at the Veterans Hospital in Martinsburg, W. Va. He has since been transferred to a nursing home in Hagerstown, Md.
