MISS VIRGINIA 1978, Kylene Barker of Galax, will lead the Flint Hill Firemens parade scheduled for tonight, Thursday beginning at 6:30 p.m. Miss Barker was graduated this year from VPI/SU, Blacksburg after majoring in apparel design and fashion merchandising. She did a gymnastic routine in the state Misa Virginia competition which she entered as Miss Pulaski County. She is 22.
