IMPORTANT NOTE: These race cards are subject to change at the discretion of the various point-topoint committees. There are no post entries. Scratches will be made at least 1 hour prior to the race in question. Riders must have reached their 16th birthday, except Pair/Old Fashioned and Junior Races. Riders in Junior Races may not ride in any other than Pair/Old Fashioned. Careless or dangerous riding will be reported to the chairmen of upcoming meets. Scratches may be called in to answering service, 703-777-2365, for any of these races till noon on respective race dates! It is strongly suggested that riders have proper medical insurance.
