the trailer must be a full-time farmer on the farm where the trailer is lodfted.
—The applicant must be the owner, leasee or operator of the farm. The owner, however, cannot list himself as tenant.
—There must be no other tenant houses available on the farm and no other houses on the farm can be rented to non-farming personnel.
—Minimum annual gross sales from the farm must equal $3,000 or more.
The Fauquier County Zoning Administrator is responsible for checking that trailers are being used in accordance with ordinance stipulations.
