Miller To Seek
Re-election
State Senator Nathan Miller has announced his decision to seek re-election to the Senate post he has held since 1975.
In announcing his candidacy, Senator Miller explained, “I have enjoyed serving the people of the 26th Senatorial District. The people of this district (which includes Rappahannock County) have entrusted me to do a job for them. I appreciate that trust. I appreciate the opportunity of service. It is my intention to seek the Republican nomination for re-election.”
Prior to his term as State Senator, Miller was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 1972, serving two terms from the 16th Legislative District.
Nathan Miller, a native of Rockingham County, graduated from Bridgewater College in 1965 with a B.A. in economics. In 1969 he graduated from the T. C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond.
Miller is currently a partner in the Harrisonburg law firm of Conrad, Litten, Sipe & Miller.
