CHAPTER 4. Beaver. Amend Regulation R4 1 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to trap beaver from December 1 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive.
CHAPTER 5. Bobcat. Amend Regulation R5-01 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise specifically provided by the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to hunt bobcat by day and night from November 15 through January 31, both dates inclusive.
Adopt a new regulation to be numbered R5-01.1 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to take bobcat by hunting on the George Washington National Forest and on the Gathright,
Goshen, G. Richard Thompson, Highland, Little North Mountain and Rapidan Wildlife Management Areas from November 15 through December 31, both dates inclusive.
Amend Regulation R5-02 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to trap bobcat from December 1 through January 31, both dates inclusive.
CHAPTER 8. Fox. Amend Regulation R8-8 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise specifically provided by local legislation and with the specific exceptions provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to trap foxes from December 1 through January 31, both dates inclusive.
CHAPTER 12. Opossum. Regulations R12-1 and R12 2, prescribing the open season for hunting and trapping opossum, are hereby rescinded and new regulations R12-1 through R12-6 are inserted in lieu thereof.
CHAPTER 13.1. Pheasant. Amend Regulation R13.1-1 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise specifically provided by the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to hunt pheasant from the Saturday prior to the first Monday in November and for five consecutive hunting days following.
CHAPTER 16. Raccoon. Amend Regulation R16-1 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise specifically provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to chase raccoon with dogs, without capturing or taking, from October 15 through November 14, both dates inclusive.
Amend Regulation R16 7 to read as follows:
